EMILY is a postmodern take on the first feminist Singaporean play - Emily of Emerald Hill - dislocating and relocating it in an intercultural osmosis of narratives, sounds, texts and embodied performances.

Remittance is a play that depicts the lives of Diaspora workers from the Philippines, Myanmar and Indonesia. This preview showcases different narratives that dramatize the sacrifices and sufferings, losses and gains, triumphs and tragedies faced by many migrant workers in Southeast Asia who were forced to leave their home countries to work overseas in order to feed their families.

An evening of five musical theatrical pieces inspired by the fabrics of five different cultures: Brunei's Jong Sarat, China's Silk, France's Lace, India's saree and denim rom the United States of America.

The 5 fictionalized true stories were inspired by field trips to NGOs in Brunei like Al-Islah, AIDS Council of Brunei, Pusat Bahagia, SMARTER Brunei and Taman Al-Hidayah and dramatized into powerful community theatre pieces informed by interviews with administrators, counselors, social workers, teachers, therapists and even the subjects themselves.

Cantonese Diaspora Culture: A Legacy Sustained This performance is part of a social research which aims at recovering, conserving and interpreting the narratives, sounds and stories of our Cantonese diaspora culture in Singapore. In different episodes, the play dramatizes the stories of our pioneer heroes like Hoo Ah Kay, musical giant Xian Xinghai, as well as characters that share the Cantonese diaspora legacy in Singapore's historical and cultural evolution.

Creative Art, English Language and Literature, Media, Science and Sociology students add to a highly potent theatrical compound to produce six original site-specific performances that aim to investigate what a postmodern performance might look like in the Bruneian landscape.

With Six original plays inspired by the brilliant hues of the Bruneian sunset, the talented theatre students of UBD painted the makeshift proscenium stage with their charismatic crimsons, magnificent magentas and fabulous fuchsias in a magical night of music, myths, and legends from the other side.

Inspired by the phenomenal success of Oddy's Quest 1 and 2 as Brunei's first autism theatre productions, the director conceptualized the 3rd installment in the Oddy series to present a fashion theatre show that drew its inspiration from the amazing costumes designed and handmade by the teachers and staff of SMARTER Brunei. As in previous Oddy productions, the show featured the singing and dancing talents of individuals with autism from the centre.

Pan-O-Rama is a multicultural dance drama that was adapted from Indian epic Ramayana but whose idea was geminated from working with the students from Northlight School, Singapore. Branded as academically challenged, the choreography was impressed by their naturally kinesthetic ability which inspired him to directed them alongside professional dancers and musicians for the 2010 WDA Dance Week opening at One Fullerton Park.

This is Low Kok Wai's second performance in the classical Indian dance form - Bharatanatyam . It is a specially commissioned Indian dance recital, based on a Jataka tale about a previous life of the Lord Buddha, choreographed by Dr. Siri Rama in collaboration with Chinese and Malay Dancers.

A first integrated, multimedia, multi-disability performance about the spirit of a people challenged by circumstantial obstacles, societal expectation and individual disabilities. The allegorical search of a young girl for her hearing impaired sister becomes a search for lost sensibility.

Low Kok Wai's first contact with disability art was when he volunteered to be a dancer-model for the launch of a special weaving therapy programme started by a Japanese NGO. Since then, he had forged an arts partnership that was to last a decade.
